This is a guide for Airport Taxi customers that made a booking from Haneda Airport Terminal 3. If you don’t know us

For those who already have a booking and are wondering where they will meet the driver, please keep reading.
Customers with Meet & Greet Service
If you have Meet & Greet Service you DO NOT need to go to the hired car stand area since
the driver will be waiting for you on the arrival lobby with your name. Since they can be too much people
waiting in the lobby and it can be difficult to see the driver, kindly search the nearest Information desk near
to your arrival lobby. The driver will be near by.
In case that you are not able to see our driver, please don’t hesitate to call him (we will provide you with the
driver’s mobile phone number at least one hour before your booking time) or our customer services from 08:00 to
23:00.
How to Get to the Hired Car Stand from Haneda Terminal 3
▼1. Search the Domestic Connecting Flights sign (is just in front of the arrival lobby 2F)
Follow the Domestic Connecting Flight sign on the left.
▼2. Keep walking straight ahead until there is no exit.
You will pass a Bic Camera store and reach the end where you cannot continue
walking. You will see several small stands selling SIM cards.
▼3. Turn left and you will see elevators.
Take the elevator to the 1F.
▼4. Exit through the Terminal 3 D gate
There is a car stopped near Gate 3D, so please look for it.
▼5. Search for your car
Please understand that we cannot know exactly where our driver will be as this will depend on the space available
when he arrives. Please check the line, or call the driver directly on the phone to find out where he is if you
can not find him (in case you were not be able reach him, you can call the customer services from 08:00 to
23:00).
What do I do if I have left through the taxi exit?
Simply turn right and keep walking until you find the Terminal 3 D gate.
