お客様が、予め指定された予定時刻より所定の待機時間（ 空港からの迎車：待機時間 30分、その他地点からの送迎：待機時間10分）を超えて遅延した場合には、
サービス提供済みのお客様の責めにきすべき事由による解除とみなさせていただき、費用のご返金等の対応をいたしかねますのでご了承ください。

✓役務の提供時期
代金決済完了後、ご指定いただいた日時に到着する様にハイヤーを手配致します。ただし、ご指定いただいた日時での到着が難しい場合には、事前に到着予定時刻をお伝え致します。

✓お支払い方法および時期
クレジットカード払いのみ(申込時における決済時又はクレジット会社指定日)

・Cancellation before 6:00 PM two days prior to the date of use: Free of charge
・Cancellation after 6:00 PM two days prior to the date of use: 100% of the payment amount

【Reservation for any other time】
・Cancellation before 6:00 PM the day prior to the date of use: Free of charge
・Cancellation after 6:00 PM the day prior to the date of use: 100% of the payment amount
