It was easy from the time we made the reservation for a airport Taxi. They gave us all details of the vehicle and driver's mobile number etc. so it was easy for us to communicate and find the vehicle at the airport. Many thanks for your great service!

Ogura-san arrived 30 minutes early. We were able to leave early for the airport. He was very helpful with all our luggage.

Great Service, I fully recommend it

The driver is nice and polite, very helpful

Great experience booking and traveling. I would only point out that the car needed some maintenance, could hear sound each time the brakes were used.

Driver was punctual and professional. Managed to fit all our luggage and 4 people into the van with enough space for comfort. So much better than taking the train with luggage or paying taxi prices.

Fantastic service. Arrived early and the ride was very smooth with all of our luggage. I plan to book this again next time.

they found us, even though we were waiting in the wrong spot. Great relaxing drive to the airport with all out luggage nicely packed by the driver.

Really nice service!

Taxi driver arrives early and ready for us at a noticeable spot at the arrival hall. He is very polite, kind, helpful, and attentive through the journey to our destination.

Thank you so much. She contacted me in advance on Whatsapp and waited patiently. She drove quickly and professionally. the seats were very comfortable. Than you!

Driver was on time and very respectful. Would recommend to anyone needed airport transfers.

My wife and I planned our trip to Tokyo very well. The only thing we had not considered was how we would get from the airport to our hotel. We did not want to use public transportation after a 10 hour flight. We considered picking a taxi upon arrival, but we were concerned that the taxi driver would not understand us. Our only language is English. We decided to use Airport Taxi as we could make the arrangements online ahead of our arrival. We also opted to have the driver locate us in the arrivals terminal to minimize the chance of us not being able to locate the cab. The system was easy to use. We entered our details in English. The system generated an email summary. We received another email on the date of our travel. It is a fixed price service. We did not have to worry about traffic delays or the driver not knowing our destination. Our driver met us in arrivals with a sign with our name on it. Our driver was very courteous and polite. I will use this service again. Ed H Canada

Service was excellent I will most definitely use again

Driver and Van were amazing!

I was not able to deliver my baggage to the airport because it would not get delivered in time, so I decided to use a taxi. I scheduled late Thursday for my Sunday flight. I was skeptical of the service due to no other ratings on other websites, but when Sunday happened the taxi driver came and help load the baggage. The drive was a smooth drive to the airport. There was no need to make small talk; the driver, Zhao, was very professional.

Our driver was wonderful. He was courteous and was very safe with his driving. He also didn’t bother us since we often just want to sleep on the drive. I would request him in the future if possible.

My ride to the airport was fast and wonderful! The driver showed up early and was very patient with me and all of my luggage. I'm an English-Only speaker, and he made me feel very comfortable. I will certainly use this service again! 空港への乗車は迅速で素晴らしかったです！運転手は早く到着し、私と私の荷物にとても忍耐強く接してくれました。私は英語しか話せませんが、彼はとても快適な気持ちにさせてくれました。このサービスをまた利用することを確約します！
