Airport Taxi: How to Get to the Hired Car Stand at Haneda Airport Terminal 3
This is a guide for Airport Taxi customers that made a booking from Haneda Airport Terminal 3. If you don’t know us yet, Airport Taxi is a private taxi service. We operate at most international airports in Japan such as Narita, Haneda, KIX, Itami, New Chitose, and Naha, offering a competitive fixed rate.

For those who already have a booking and are wondering where they will meet the driver, please keep reading.
Customers with Meet & Greet Service
If you have Meet & Greet Service you DO NOT need to go to the hired car stand area since the driver will be waiting for you on the arrival lobby with your name. Since they can be too much people waiting in the lobby and it can be difficult to see the driver, kindly search the nearest Information desk near to your arrival lobby. The driver will be near by.
In case that you are not able to see our driver, please don’t hesitate to call him (we will provide you with the driver’s mobile phone number at least one hour before your booking time) or our customer services from 08:00 to 23:00.
How to Get to the Hired Car Stand from Haneda Terminal 3
!!IMPORTANT!!
From March 1st to April 24th the Pick Up for chouffer changes
▼1. Upon exiting, turn right and follow the signs for “Domestic Connecting Flights”
Please DO NOT follow the Taxi sign behind the information counter
▼2. Follow the corridor straight to the end
You will see a large Bic Camera store along the way.
▼3. Reach the end of the corridor
There is a luggage shipping area right at the end.
▼4. Turn right and you will see the elevators
Take the elevators down to the first floor.
▼5. You will see a rest area and an exit door
Simply exit and on the right hand side you will see several taxis waiting.
▼6. Look for the license plate number of your taxi
The day before of your booking date, we will have previously sent an email with the taxi and driver’s information.
If you mistakenly exit through the area marked “Taxis”, please note that it is for non-reserved taxi only. Turn right and go straight ahead until you see a building marked as “Terminal 3 D”.
Usual Pick Up place (after April 24th)
▼1. Search the information counter (is just in front of the arrival lobby 2F)
Follow the Taxi sign behind the information point.
▼2. Down the escalators
If you have large suitcases, there is an elevator right next to the escalators.
▼3. Search for your car
The car will be parked on the “Hired Car Stand”
Please understand that we cannot know exactly where our driver will be as this will depend on the space available when he arrives. Please check the line, or call the driver directly on the phone to find out where he is if you can not find him (in case you were not be able reach him, you can call the customer services from 08:00 to 23:00).
