How far into the airport will you assist passengers?
We escort passengers to areas near the departure lobby or arrival gate. Assistance inside the terminal is also available.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor the situation and respond flexibly. Please provide your flight number in advance.
Can electric wheelchairs be accommodated?
Yes this is possible. The Caravan supports up to 200 kg and the HiAce supports up to 250 kg. If the weight exceeds this limit additional staff may be required to reduce lift load with an additional fee or we may not be able to accept the booking. In all cases detailed consultation in advance is required.
Can you arrange interpreters or nurses?
Yes this is possible. Some of our drivers speak English. We can also arrange interpreters separately and nurses can be arranged depending on your needs.
In what situations can this service be used?
The service can be used for hospital visits hospital admission or discharge hospital transfers family ceremonies grave visits leisure outings travel and many other situations.
Do you provide wheelchair rentals?
Yes foldable wheelchairs are available for rental. Please request this when making your reservation.
Can I ride in the vehicle while staying in my wheelchair?
We are sorry but passengers cannot ride while remaining in their wheelchair. The wheelchair will be folded and stored in the vehicle and the passenger will transfer to a seat.
